FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

There are three ways to get involved:  

• Pray – sign up to receive our monthly prayer email newsletter. This will keep you updated on what is happening and what to pray for. Click here to go to our website. Scroll to the bottom of the page and subscribe to "Join our Prayer Team.” 

• Give – You can give financially to help us provide these Bibles for the librarians.  Click here to see the different costs of the Bibles and ways to give. A gift of $20 places one Bible in the public-school library. Most librarians order up to 16 books. This school pack costs $250. Individual donations are genuinely appreciated; group contributions are the pathway to a more significant impact. Go to our website to donate. 

• Go – We are a small but effective charity, but we can't do it without boots on the ground. We are looking for people who believe in our mission and would be willing to visit their public-school libraries and tell them about our mission. Contact us at info@biblesinschools.org for more information and next steps. Note: when you email us, let us know what state, public school district, and school you would like to reach out to and we will guide you through it.  

The next steps would be to share our information with the public-school librarian either by email or our brochure.   

• We can send you an email you can forward to the librarian. (You can explain who you are and how you would like The Action Bibles to be made available for the students in their school!)  

• Also, we can ship you the brochures if you would like to talk to the librarian individually.  (We would need your home mailing address.)  

• Once the librarian requests the books through our link, we will notify you. Then your club can receive up to 10 Action Bibles to raffle to your students in the club as well! Please contact us at info@biblesinschools.org and include the state, school district, and school you are connected with and keep us informed.  

Our focus for Bibles in Schools is to donate Action Bibles into public school libraries and not to send them to people’s homes. If someone wants to purchase for their grandchildren, etc, they can order the books through Amazon or Christian Book Distributors.

• We recommend contacting our organization first to see if we have donated to them before.  

• If we have not donated to them before, you will want to contact the librarian first by email, phone, or in person to see if they will accept the donations and put them on the shelves. We have an email template you can send them or a brochure to give them in person. You want to make sure they will put the Bibles and Christian books on the shelves before you just give them. In addition, we have labels in the books, so they have our contact information to order more in the future. Please let us know as well what school you are working on as we keep track in our data every school we have reached out to, declined, and donated to.
